Please note the following:
- We do not accept returns. For hygiene reasons, pierced jewellery (such as earrings or nose piercings) cannot be exchanged unless they are faulty, in accordance with our terms and conditions.
- If you believe you need a replacement, please record a video while opening your package. Replacements will only be processed for damaged items.
- For claims, email us at info.shopparampara@gmail.com. Without valid proof (such as the video), we cannot offer replacements.
- All sale items are final and cannot be exchanged. While we conduct thorough quality checks, damage can occasionally occur during customs or courier handling.
