We do not accept returns. For hygiene reasons, pierced jewellery (such as earrings or nose piercings) cannot be exchanged unless they are faulty, in accordance with our terms and conditions.
If you believe you need a replacement, please record a video while opening your package. Replacements will only be processed for damaged items.
For claims, email us at info.shopparampara@gmail.com. Without valid proof (such as the video), we cannot offer replacements.
All sale items are final and cannot be exchanged. While we conduct thorough quality checks, damage can occasionally occur during customs or courier handling.
